MAHA ENICS is a mobile sales and service brand in Tamil Nadu. These terms apply when you buy from us or book a repair through this website.
Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is shown on the cart, checkout and invoice.
We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock or the price was shown wrongly. If you already paid, we refund the full amount.
We tell you the repair price before starting work. We start only after you agree.
Please back up your data before giving your phone for repair. We are not responsible if data is lost during repair.
If you do not collect your phone within 60 days after repair, we will call you. After that we may not keep it.
New phones carry the brand's warranty. Repair warranty covers the replaced part only and does not cover physical or water damage after repair.
Wholesale prices are only for verified dealers with a valid GST number. We may stop a dealer account if it is misused or bills are not paid.
You are responsible for the details you give us and for keeping your account password safe. Product photos are for reference; the specifications printed on the box apply.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier failures. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you place your order applies to that order.
