Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across India. Around Deevanur we deliver ourselves, and the pincodes that get same-day delivery are shown at checkout. Everywhere else, orders go by courier.

Delivery times

Same-day delivery: orders placed before 7:20 PM arrive the same day.

Courier: 2–3 working days after the order is packed. Remote areas, holidays and bad weather can add a day or two; we tell you if there is a delay.

Delivery charges

Same-day express delivery costs ₹49. The courier charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay — nothing is added later.

Tracking your order

Track your order any time on the Track order page or in My orders. Once a courier order is sent, its tracking details appear there.

Pick up from our shop

Choose shop pickup at checkout and collect your order free from our shop at No. 7, Gingee Main Road, Deevanur 604206, Tamil Nadu. Bring your order number or the phone number you ordered with.

Damaged or missing items

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, opened or something is missing, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you (see Returns & refunds).
